Pablo Gregorini, CEO Angela Clifford, and Greg Smith are the latest industry leaders to join the E Tipu 2024 speaker lineup

Set for 18-19 June 2024, E Tipu 2024 aims to connect, arm and inspire changemakers from across the food and fibre sector to take specific, positive action for the future. Among the lineup of esteemed speakers are three visionaries who share a common thread of dedication to sustainability, innovation and transformation.

Lincoln University Professor Pablo Gregorini takes the stage bringing a wealth of knowledge on nutritional and behavioural management of grazing ruminants. His work emphasises environmental protection and human health.

Pablo is actively involved in global projects exploring sustainability issues in agricultural systems. His commitment to understanding the intricate connections between humans, herbivores and the environment underscores his dedication to shaping a more sustainable future for the ag-sector.

Also joining the E Tipu 2024 speaker lineup is Eat New Zealand CEO Angela Clifford. Angela is dedicated to reconnecting people with the natural world through food — evident through her work with Eat New Zealand. Leading a diverse coalition of food businesses, farmers, chefs and eaters, Angela spearheads initiatives aimed at celebrating and enhancing Aotearoa's food system.

Under her leadership, Eat New Zealand has pioneered transformative projects such as the Kaitaki programme and Feast Matariki. She collaborates closely with government bodies to develop a values-based framework and national food strategy.

Rounding out this speaker announcement is Bremworth CEO Greg Smith — the textile trailblazer bringing wool carpets to global prominence. Greg's journey in the retail sector spans over 21 years, marked by his remarkable leadership roles in some of New Zealand's most iconic brands.

From his tenure as General Manager of New Zealand for Michael Hill to his previous role as CEO of Icebreaker, Greg has consistently demonstrated a knack for assembling extraordinary teams that achieve global success. Now, as CEO of Bremworth, Greg brings his passion for purpose-led Kiwi brands to the forefront, driving initiatives aimed at sustainability and unforgettable customer experiences.
