Terms and conditions
At Boma we’re carefully curating the E Tipu 2024 to create the ultimate experience for attendees. This includes booking suppliers and speakers well in advance.
If you are experiencing symptoms of any contagious illness, such as gastro, flu or COVID-19, or are a household contact, we ask that you please stay home and, at no charge, either:
a) Transfer your ticket to someone else.
b) Defer your ticket to a different Boma programme — conditions apply, please talk to one of our team about your options.
c) If transfer or deferment are not possible, have your ticket refunded.
These options also apply if we cancel or reschedule the event for any reason.
If you are unable to attend the E Tipu 2024 for any other reason, you can:
a) Transfer your ticket to someone else in your organisation at no charge.
b) Defer your ticket to a different Boma programme by submitting a deferment payment of $500 + GST or 50% of the ticket purchase price (whichever is less) — conditions apply; please chat to one of our team about your options.
Unless you are unwell, or we have cancelled or rescheduled this event, we do not offer refunds.
